This section provides a variety of training including Baker and Marchman Act, Telehealth, Suicide Prevention, Documentation, Peer Delivered Services, Recovery, and many more. It is recommended for all direct care staff. 

Learn how to use the Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) for assessing participants. 

Required training for programs that are CLIA certified.

Provides staff with training on proper documentation including:  SMART goals, Life Plans, DAP notes, and Clinical Reviews. This course if for all behavioral health and property staff. Excludes 202s
